I’ve recently read in a newspaper about a representative case for the Romanian law system.
Someone lends his apartment to some else. When the contract expires, the tenant refuses to leave the apartment. The owner spends most of the following year trying to convince the tenant — using reasonable means — to leave his property, and because all it’s in vain, he finally sues the tenant.
And here comes the really interesting part:
The court DENIES his legal action because HE WAS SUPPOSED TO FILE THE COMPLAINT WITHIN 60 DAYS from the moment he learned about the delict!
Now is that sickening or what?
